Hello! I’m Anna, my personal journey towards becoming a nutritionist was not a straight path. In my late teens and early twenties, I struggled with my own health challenges related to poor dietary choices and lifestyle habits. I experienced fatigue, digestive issues, and a general feeling of being unwell. It was during this time that I realized the profound influence of nutrition on our physical and mental health.
I now am very passionate about what I do, and committed to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals. With a background in Human Nutrition Sciences, I blend evidence-based knowledge with a personalized approach to create tailored nutrition plans that fit your unique lifestyle and needs.
